Liverpool

Liverpool is situated 30km from Hoedspruit in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, an area renowned for its Big Five safari vacations.

Liverpool comprises of 68 properties of approximately 21 hectares, which are divided into two residential areas: the Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve properties and the Liverpool properties.

Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve:

The Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve is an exclusive residential area that consists of 35 full title properties, which are commonly known as camps 40 - 74. Most of the Ndlovumzi properties are situated on the banks of the beautiful Olifants River while the remaining ones all have a stunning view of the Drakensberg mountain range. A few properties even have both a river and mountain view.

The distinct advantage of Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve over other similar game reserve developments is the size of its properties, which provides its owners with a real sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Ndlovumzi has a myriad of game species on the reserve, excluding the Big Five. The Reserve is known for its many secondary roads, which is excellent for mountain biking, jogging and walking while enjoying the game in an unspoiled environment.

Liverpool Properties:

The Liverpool properties are not part of the private Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve and are commonly known as farms 7 – 39. Most of the Liverpool properties also have a stunning view of the Drakensberg mountain range.

The distinct advantage of the Liverpool properties are that the owners can conduct business from their properties without the restrictions normally imposed on property owners within a formal game reserve, yet enjoying the same quality lifestyle associated to those living in game reserves.

Liverpool Community:

To create a dynamic and vibrant society, the residents of Liverpool have formed an informal association of members that collectively are:

·   Responsible to establish the Liverpool Farm Watch, dedicated to create a safe and crime free Liverpool residential area for all its residents, both permanent and non-permanent;
·   Responsible for the maintenance of the Liverpool road infrastructure;
·   Responsible to protect the environment in all aspects;
·   Responsible for the creation of an effective social support structure to assist one another, when necessary.
